Catharsis

So where to from here…………a dignified glass of wine…maybe another half…a listen again to that new album, by who was it he Arctic….somethings???

He was enjoying his written art again…quiet evenings stretching over into the Ante Meridiem, peaceful intimate concentration yet relaxation. and like so many other things…words once started would again become part of his life……possessing a cathartic quality and further, that he was achieving something.., anything,, positive and worthwhile.

No-one would, could, argue as he tapped his thoughts onto the blinking screen , with a worst case scenario of expected rejected slip , a sustained campaign of effort over the keyboard would ultimately bring recognition reward?

A word processing diary was being cobbled together using syntax pictures but where was it going? Short story for sure? But a diary? A monologue? First person? second person? And a target date to provide focus..otherwise it would not be completed , but simply remain on the computer occasionally blinking a guilty reminder of a work that was not really in progress.
